Your Ghoulish Guide to the Big Night!

  • How much candy should I bring to feed the little monsters?

    • We recommend bringing at least 1,500 to 2,000 pieces of candy to keep the goblins, witches, and mini-vampires happy! Trust us—you don’t want to be haunted by disappointed trick-or-treaters.

  • Can I bring a generator to power my spooky setup?

    • Only battery-operated generators are allowed—no gas-powered ghouls, please! Keep it quiet and safe for all our creatures of the night.

  • Can I set up a tent like a haunted lair?

    • Tents are not allowed outside of your designated Jeep space—however, if your tent fits within your 10x10 Jeep area (without blocking walkways or neighboring rides), you're welcome to include it as part of your spooky setup! Just make sure it's securely weighted down and doesn't become a flying phantom if the wind picks up.

  • When should I roll in with my spooky ride?

    • Set-up and check-INN begins at 3:30 PM sharp! No more haunted vehicles will be allowed in after 5:30 PM (the witches close the gate then). Arrive early to claim your coffin—I mean, parking spot!

  • When will the Best Jeep rise from the shadows?

    • The winner of Best Jeep will be revealed at the Commerce Park Stage (110 Depot Street) at the witching hour—err, end of the night! Keep an eye on your text or email from the Community Relations Team for the ghostly announcement.

  • Do I have to decorate my Jeep?

    • Yes! All participating Jeeps must be dressed to distress!

    • Don’t worry—it doesn’t have to be a full-blown haunted house. Even a little Halloween flair goes a long way!

  • Where is check INN for the cursed convoy?

    • You’ll check INN on Jones Street, between the Marathon Gas Station and the Rotary Park Fountain. Look for creepy signs along Wall Street and Jones Street pointing you to the check-INN tent!

    • There, you’ll meet the (friendly) spirits of the Community Relations Team, collect your 2025 branded duck, your Best Jeep voting QR card, and be guided to your final resting—uh, parking—spot.

  • How much haunted space do I have to decorate?

    • Each Jeep has a 10x10 foot plot in the graveyard—er, lot.

    • Please keep clear walkways between Jeeps for all the wandering souls (and trick-or-treaters)!
